Accepting Your Assessment Invitation

You will receive access to your assessment through an invitation — either a personalized email or a shared link.

Email Invitation

1. Open the email from Ignis.
2. Click the invitation link.
3. If you are new to Ignis, you will be guided through account creation. Set your password to complete setup.
4. If you already have an account, you will be directed to log in.

After login, you will land on the My Assessments page (or a session detail page if you have only one active assessment).

Shared Link Invitation

1. Open the link in your browser.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Either complete the new-user invitation flow that follows, or log in with your existing credentials.

Troubleshooting Invitation Issues

• Check your spam or junk folder for the invitation email.
• Verify with the sender that the correct email address was used.
• If your link does not work, ask the sender to resend the invitation.
