Assessment Timing and Completion Issues

Timer Expired

When the timer reaches zero:

• Submitted responses are saved automatically.
• If the platform allows it, a Request Additional Time option may appear.
• If extra time is not available, the activity is finalized with the responses submitted before timeout.

Activity Marked Incomplete

An "Incomplete" status means you started but did not finish all items. Causes can include:

• Timeout before all items were addressed.
• Navigation away from the page during an active activity.
• Browser refresh or technical interruption.

If you believe an activity should be reset, contact your administrator.

Tips for a Smooth Assessment Experience

• Use a desktop or laptop (not a phone or tablet).
• Use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
• Ensure a stable internet connection.
• Close other tabs and applications.
• Plan to complete each activity in one uninterrupted session.
