Browser and Compatibility Requirements

Ignis AI is a web-based platform that runs in modern browsers. No installation is required.

Supported Browsers

• Google Chrome — current version recommended
• Mozilla Firefox — current version
• Microsoft Edge — current version
• Apple Safari — current version

Internet Explorer is not supported.

Required Browser Settings

• JavaScript must be enabled.
• Cookies must be enabled (used for authentication).
• Pop-up blockers should allow pop-ups from the Ignis AI domain if you encounter issues opening certain dialogs.

Device and Network

• Ignis AI works on desktop and laptop computers. Mobile browsers are not officially supported for assessment-taking.
• A stable internet connection is required, particularly during active assessment sessions.
