Creating a Hiring Assessment

A hiring assessment in Ignis is built around a job requisition — a container that holds a position's details, the PowerSkills being assessed, the candidates, and their results.

Step-by-Step

1. From the Dashboard, click Create Assessment.
2. In the modal that opens, select Candidates.
3. If your organization has both editions, select between Professional and Leadership.
4. Complete the job requisition form:
   • Job Title (required)
   • Department
   • Location
   • Recruiter
   • Hiring Manager
   • Job Description (if uploaded)
5. Click Save.
6. After saving, the PowerSkills selection modal will open.
