Creating Your Account

You will receive access to Ignis through an invitation. There are two invitation methods.

Invitation via Email

You will receive an email containing a personalized invitation link.

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. Your email address will be pre-populated.
  3. Enter your first name and last name.
  4. Create a secure password.
  5. Click Create Account.

You will be logged in automatically and routed to the appropriate page for your role.

Invitation via Shared Link

If you receive a shared link rather than a personalized email:

  1. Open the link in your browser.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. If you are a new user, an invitation email will be sent to you. Follow that email to complete account creation.
  4. If you already have an Ignis account, you will be redirected to the login page.

Logging In After Account Creation

For all subsequent visits, navigate to the Ignis login page and enter your email and password. Ignis uses secure authentication powered by WorkOS, which supports single sign-on (SSO) if your organization has configured it.
