Editing User Details

You can update any user's details from the Users page.

How to Edit

  1. Find the user in the Users table.
  2. Click the Edit action on their row.
  3. The Edit User modal opens with the user's current information.
  4. Update any of the editable fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Job Title
  5. Click Save.

Deactivating a User

In the Edit User modal, you can also deactivate a user. Deactivated users:

  • Cannot log in.
  • Retain all historical data (assessments, results, etc.).
  • Can be reactivated later by an administrator.

Resending the Welcome Email

For users who have been added but have not completed account setup, you can Resend Welcome Email from their row to send another invitation.
