Expired Invitation Notifications

How It Works

  • An invitation has a defined acceptance window.
  • If the recipient does not accept within that window, the invitation is marked as Expired.
  • An automated notification is sent to the responsible admin (typically the recruiter, hiring manager, or team owner).
  • The job requisition or team detail page also surfaces a notification indicator next to a user's name..

What to Do When You Receive an Expired Invitation Alert

  1. Open the relevant job requisition or team detail page.
  2. Locate the candidate or member with the expired status.
  3. Verify their email address.
  4. Use Resend Invitation to send a new invitation.
  5. Acknowledge the notification to clear the indicator.
