Failed Notification Handling
When an email cannot be delivered (for example, due to an invalid address or full inbox), Ignis tracks the failure and surfaces it to the responsible manager.
Identifying Failed Notifications
- A notification indicator appears on the job requisition or team in the list view.
- On the detail page, the affected candidate or member shows a failed delivery state.
Resolving Failures
- Verify the email address. Correct it if there is a typo.
- Resend the invitation.
- Contact the recipient to ensure the Ignis domain is not being blocked by their email security.
- Acknowledge the notification once the issue is resolved to clear the indicator.
