Failed Notification Handling

If an Ignis AI notification fails to deliver, the platform surfaces the failure so an administrator can take action.

How Failed Notifications Appear

• A warning indicator appears next to the affected candidate's or usermember's name on the relevant job requisition or team detail page.
• The admin who triggered the notification may also receive an in-app alert.

What to Do

1. Open the job requisition or team detail page.
2. Locate the candidate or usermember with the warning indicator.
3. Click the indicator to see the failure reason.
4. Correct the issue (e.g., fix an invalid email address) and resend.
