What is Ignis? Ignis is a PowerSkills assessment platform that measures seven core workplace competencies. It supports two primary use cases: assessing external candidates during hiring, and assessing existing employees for development.
How do I log in? Click the link in your invitation email to create your account. After your account is set up, log in using your email and password through the Ignis login page.
What does the platform measure? Ignis measures seven PowerSkills: Productivity, Analytical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, AI Fluency, and Leadership.
What is the difference between Hiring and Talent Development? Hiring assessments evaluate external candidates applying for open positions. Talent Development assessments measure and develop the skills of existing employees, organized into teams or cohorts.
What roles exist on Ignis? Common roles include Test Taker, Employee, Manager, Recruiter, Company Admin, and Executive. Your role determines which features and tabs you can access.
Can I belong to more than one organization? Yes. If you are part of multiple organizations on Ignis, use the Organization Switcher in the top-right of the navigation bar to move between them.
