What emails will I receive from Ignis AI? You may receive invitation emails, welcome emails, assignment notifications, password reset emails, weekly digests, and follow-up emails for assessments you have not completed.

How often is the weekly digest sent? The weekly digest is sent every Friday morning, summarizing recent assessment activity.

I did not get my invitation email — what should I do? Check your spam or junk folder. If not there, ask the sender to verify the email address used and resend the invitation.

How does Ignis AI notify admins about expired invitations? When a candidate or usermember's invitation expires without being accepted, the platform notifies the responsible administrator so they can take action.
