What is a Team in Ignis? A team is a group of existing employees being assessed together for development purposes. Teams are the primary entity for talent development workflows.

What is a Cohort? A cohort is an alternative grouping mechanism for organizing assessments — for example, by program, time period, or initiative. Teams and cohorts share the same management features.

Can I assign employees who already have Ignis accounts? Yes. Use the Assign Users flow on the team detail page to add existing company users without re-inviting them.

How do I send invitations to team members? Use the Send Invitations action on the team detail page. You can send email invitations or copy a shareable link.

How do I track progress? The team detail page lists each member's status. You can filter members by status to identify who has completed, who is in progress, and who has not started.
