What is a Talent Profile? A Talent Profile is a per-employee dashboard that consolidates everything Ignis knows about that person: their assessments, their PowerSkill scores across editions, and their assessment history.

How do I open a Talent Profile? From the Direct Reports page, click any employee in the list to open their Talent Profile.

What is benchmarking? Benchmarking compares an employee's scores to a peer group, showing how they compare relative to others. It appears on the individual results page within a Talent Profile.

Can I export an individual employee's results? Yes. From the individual results page within a Talent Profile, use the Export action to download that employee's assessment results as a CSV.
