FAQ — Talent Profiles & Individual Results

What is a Talent Profile? A Talent Profile is a consolidated view of an individual employee’s assessment results within Ignis AI, including skill scores, benchmarking context, and a history of their assessments over time.

Who can see a Talent Profile? Managers can see the Talent Profiles of their direct reports. Company Admins can view profiles for all users in the organization.

How do I open a Talent Profile? From the My Direct Reports tab, click the Talent Profile button on any employee’s row.

What is benchmarking? Benchmarking compares an employee’s scores against a reference population (e.g., all users in your organization, or a specific role group) so you can contextualize what a particular score means.

Can I export an individual’s results? Yes. From the Talent Profile page, use the Export action to download a CSV with detailed scores for that employee.
