Inside the Talent Profile

The Talent Profile page shows a comprehensive view of one employee.

Page Layout

  • Profile header — Employee name, email, role, and other key details.
  • Edition tabs — If the employee has been assessed in both Professional and Leadership editions, tabs let you switch between them.
  • Assessment history table — A list of every assessment the employee has been assigned, with status, completion date, and a link to detailed results.
  • Skill scores — A summary of the employee's most recent scores for each PowerSkill they have been assessed on.

Edition Tabs

Each edition is presented separately because the two editions assess different sets of skills. Switching tabs updates the skill scores and assessment history shown.
