Common problems with invitations and account access — and how to resolve them.

I Did Not Receive My Invitation Email

  1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  2. Ask the sender to confirm the email address they used.
  3. Ask the sender to resend the invitation from the job requisition or team detail page.
  4. If your organization uses email filtering, ask IT to allowlist notifications@ignisai.ai.

My Invitation Link Has Expired

Contact the person who sent your invitation (recruiter, hiring manager, or team owner) and ask them to resend it from the Ignis AI platform.

I Can't Log In After Creating My Account

  1. Confirm you are using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
  2. Use the Forgot Password link if you cannot remember your password.
  3. If SSO is configured for your organization, log in through your organization's SSO provider rather than with a password.

I'm Seeing a "Permission Denied" or "Access Restricted" Error

Your role may not include access to the page you are trying to reach. Contact your Company Admin to confirm or update your role.
