Invitation and Access Issues

Expired Links

If an invitation link no longer works, ask the sender to resend it from the job requisition or team detail page.

Already-Used Links

Each personalized invitation link can be used once. If you have already created your account, navigate to the Ignis login page and log in with your credentials.

Wrong Email Address

If you are not finding the invitation:

  • Confirm with the sender which email address was used.
  • If incorrect, ask them to remove and re-add you with the correct address.

Authentication Errors

If you encounter an authentication error page:

  1. Note the error code and message.
  2. Try navigating to the login page directly and signing in with your credentials.
  3. If the issue persists, contact your administrator or Ignis support.
