Managing the Candidate Pipeline
The job requisition detail page provides a complete view of candidates and their progress.
Candidate Status Definitions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Candidate registered but not yet invited. |
| Invited | Invitation email sent; candidate has not started. |
| In Progress | Candidate has started at least one activity. |
| Complete | Candidate has finished all assessment activities. |
| Incomplete | Candidate completed some activities but is no longer actively progressing. |
| Expired | Candidate's invitation period has lapsed. |
Filtering and Searching
- Use the status filters above the candidate list to narrow the view.
- Use the search field to find candidates by name or email.
Viewing Individual Candidate Results
Click on any completed candidate to view their full results, including the Flower visualization, skill scores, and detailed Skills Breakdown.
