Navigating the Platform

The Ignis interface is organized around a top navigation bar that adapts based on your role.

Tab	Visible To	Purpose
Dashboard	Employees and above	Role-based home view with summaries of your active work.
Hiring	Managers, Recruiters, Company Admins, Executives	List and management of all hiring assessments.
Talent Development	Managers, Company Admins, Executives	List and management of team and cohort assessments.
My Assessments	All authenticated users	Personal list of any assessments assigned to you.
My Direct Reports	Managers, Company Admins, Executives	List of employees who report to you.

If a tab is not visible, your assigned role does not include access to that feature. Contact your Company Admin to request a role change.

Organization Switcher — Switch between organizations if you belong to more than one.
Profile Menu — Access your profile, the Users page, the Administration page, and log out.

Every page includes a footer with links to the Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and AI Policy.
