Opening a Talent Profile

Talent Profiles provide a consolidated, per-employee view of a person's assessment activity and results across the organization.

How to Access

1. Click the My Direct Reports tab in the navigation.
2. Locate the employee in the list.
3. Click their row to open their Talent Profile.

Who Can View Talent Profiles

Talent Profile access is available to managers, company administrators, executives, and other leadership roles with direct report visibility.
