Professional Edition vs Leadership Edition
Ignis offers two assessment editions, each tailored to a different audience level.
Professional Edition
The Professional Edition provides a flexible assessment across the full set of seven PowerSkills. It is intended for:
- Individual contributors
- Early- and mid-career professionals
- Managers
When creating a Professional Edition assessment, you can select which PowerSkills to include from the full set:
- Productivity
- Analytical Thinking
- Creative Thinking
- Communication
- Collaboration
- AI Fluency
- Leadership
Leadership Edition
The Leadership Edition provides a focused, in-depth assessment of three skills critical to leadership effectiveness. It is intended for:
- Executives
- Directors
- Senior leaders
The Leadership Edition uses a fixed set of three skills that cannot be modified:
- Creative Thinking
- Communication
- Leadership
These three activities are designed to evaluate advanced leadership scenarios.
When the Edition Selection Appears
If your organization has access to both editions, you will be prompted to choose between them when creating a new assessment. If your organization has access to only the Professional Edition, the selection step is skipped.
