Selecting PowerSkills™ for a Job Requisition

After creating a job requisition, choose which PowerSkills™ will be assessed for candidates applying to this position.

Professional Edition

You can select any combination of the seven PowerSkills™:

  1. The PowerSkills™ modal displays each skill as a selectable card.
  2. Click each skill you want to include.
  3. If you uploaded a job description, AI-recommended skills are highlighted based on the description content. You can accept the recommendations or override them.
  4. Click Save.

Leadership Edition

The three required skills (Creative Thinking, Communication, Leadership) are pre-selected and locked. You cannot change the selection for Leadership Edition assessments. A notice on the page explains this.

AI Skill Parsing

When you upload or paste a job description, Ignis AI analyzes the content and identifies the PowerSkills™ most relevant to the role. While analysis runs, an interstitial message confirms that skill parsing is in progress. Once analysis completes, the recommended skills are highlighted in the PowerSkills™ modal.
