Starting an Activity

When you are ready to begin an activity:

1. Click Begin Activity on the skill card.
2. The conversational assessment will load and the timer will begin.

Once the Activity Starts

The assessment opens as a conversational thread. You will see:

• A welcome message that introduces the scenario and sets context.
• An edition badge indicating whether you are taking a Professional or Leadership assessment.
• Suggestion chips that you can click to send a quick reply (for example, to indicate you are ready to begin).
• A timer in the activity header showing your remaining time.

How the Welcome Phase Works

During the welcome phase, the assessment confirms you are ready to begin. You can either:

• Click one of the suggestion chips to respond quickly.
• Type your own response in the message composer and send it.

The system will respond and transition you into the first scenario item when you indicate you are ready.
