Where to Find the Terms

• Footer link — The Terms and Conditions link is available in the footer of every page.
• First-login modal — Test takers and employees are presented with the Terms and Conditions for acceptance the first time they log in.

Acceptance Process

If you are presented with the acceptance modal:

1. Scroll through the full document.
2. Check the agreement box (enabled after scrolling).
3. Click Confirm.

If you decline, you will be logged out.
