The Seven PowerSkills

Every Ignis assessment measures a combination of these seven PowerSkills. Each skill is a competency that is critical to success in modern workplaces.

Productivity	The ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver results efficiently.
Analytical Thinking	The capacity to evaluate complex information, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative Thinking	The ability to generate original ideas, reframe problems, and develop innovative solutions.
Communication	The skill of conveying information clearly across written and interpersonal channels.
Collaboration	The ability to work productively with others, contribute to team goals, and build constructive relationships.
AI Fluency	The competency to understand, evaluate, and work alongside artificial intelligence tools and outputs.
Leadership	The capacity to guide, motivate, and develop others while advancing organizational objectives.
