Troubleshooting Email Delivery
If emails are not being received:
- Check the spam or junk folder — Automated emails are sometimes filtered.
- Verify the email address — A typo will prevent delivery.
- Allowlist the Ignis sender domain — Ask your IT administrator to allowlist the Ignis domain in your organization's email security tools.
- Resend the invitation — Use the resend action on the candidate or member's row.
- Contact support — If the issue persists, contact your Ignis administrator or Ignis support.
