Troubleshooting Email Delivery
If a user reports not receiving emails from Ignis AI, work through the following steps.
Step 1 — Check Spam and Junk Folders
Ask the recipient to check their spam, junk, or promotions folder. Ignis AI emails come from notifications@ignisai.ai.
Step 2 — Verify the Email Address
Confirm the email address on file is correct. On the job requisition detail page or team detail page, locate the candidate's or usermember's row and verify the email shown.
Step 3 — Resend the Invitation
If the email address is correct, use the Resend Invitation action on the candidate's or usermember's row to send a fresh invitation.
Step 4 — Allowlist the Ignis AI Domain
If the problem persists, the recipient's organization may be filtering Ignis AI emails at the domain level. Ask their IT team to allowlist notifications@ignisai.ai and the ignisai.ai domain.
