Understanding Candidate Results

When candidates complete their assessments, results become available on the job requisition detail page.

The Flower Visualization

The Flower is the primary visual summary. Each petal represents one PowerSkill that was assessed:

  • Larger, more vibrant petals indicate higher proficiency.
  • Smaller petals indicate areas where the candidate scored lower.

Results Summary

Below the Flower, the Results Summary highlights:

  • Top Skill — The PowerSkill where the candidate scored highest.
  • Skill Gap — The PowerSkill where the candidate has the most growth opportunity.

Skills Breakdown

The Skills Breakdown section provides detailed scores for each PowerSkill. Click a PowerSkill card to expand it and view the underlying subskill scores.
