Using Results for Development

Talent development results are designed to inform conversations and planning:

• Identify shared strengths to leverage in projects and team assignments.
• Identify common skill gaps that may benefit from training or workshops.
• Use individual results to guide one-on-one development conversations.
• Export results for inclusion in performance reviews or development reports.
