Understanding User Statuses
Each user in Ignis has a status that reflects the state of their account.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The user has completed account setup and can log in. |
| Invited | The user has been added and an invitation email has been sent, but they have not yet set up their account. |
| Deactivated | The user's access has been disabled. Their data is retained. |
How Statuses Change
- Added → Invited — When an invitation is sent.
- Invited → Active — When the user accepts the invitation and creates their password.
- Active → Deactivated — When an admin disables the account.
- Deactivated → Active — When an admin reactivates the account.
