Understanding Your Dashboard

The Dashboard adapts based on your role, surfacing only the work most relevant to you.

Managers HR Executives and Company Admins Dashboard

Managers see three primary sections:

• My Hiring Assessments — A summary of your active hiring assessments with quick access to candidate counts and status.
• My Talent Development Assessments — A summary of your active team assessments.
• My Assessments — Any assessments assigned to you personally as a participant.

A Create Assessment action is available, which launches the assessment creation flow.

Recruiter Dashboard

Recruiters see the same layout as managers but without the Talent Development section. The Create Assessment action navigates directly to the hiring assessment creation flow.

Employee Dashboard

Employees see only the My Assessments section.

Test Taker Experience

Test Takers do not see the standard dashboard. After login, they are routed directly to the My Assessments page where they can begin their assigned activities.
