Understanding Your Results

After your activities are scored, your results appear on the My Skills page (and on the session detail page for the specific assessment).

The Flower Visualization

Your Flower is a radial graphic with one petal per assessed PowerSkill:

• Larger petals indicate higher proficiency.
• Smaller petals indicate areas with more room for growth.
• The overall shape provides an at-a-glance view of your strengths and growth areas.

Locked Petals

If you have already completed an activity for a particular skill, the corresponding petal is locked for a 30-day retake period. Locked petals show your most recent score and indicate when you become eligible to retake.

Top Skill and Skill Gap

Below the Flower, the Results Summary highlights:

• Top Skill — The PowerSkill where you scored highest. This is your standout strength.
• Skill Gap — The PowerSkill with the largest growth opportunity.

Skills Breakdown

The Skills Breakdown section provides detailed scores for each assessed PowerSkill. Click a card to expand it and view the underlying subskill scores. This granular view helps you understand which specific competencies within a skill are strongest and where to focus your development.
