Using Benchmarking to Interpret Results
Benchmarking helps you understand how an employee's scores compare to a meaningful peer group.
How Benchmarking Is Displayed
- A benchmark bar appears alongside each skill or subskill score.
- The bar visually represents the peer group's range.
- The employee's score is plotted on the bar so you can see at a glance whether they are above, below, or in line with the peer group.
- A numeric delta may also be shown, indicating how far above or below the peer average the employee scored.
Choosing a Comparison Group
The Comparison Menu lets you choose the peer group used for benchmarking. Different comparison cohorts may be available depending on your organization's data.
Benchmark Availability
Benchmarking is only available for editions and skills with sufficient comparison data. If benchmarking is not available for a particular skill or assessment, the bar will be hidden or marked as unavailable.
