Viewing Individual Assessment Results

From the Talent Profile, you can drill into the detailed results of any specific assessment the employee has completed.

In the assessment history table on the Talent Profile, click the row for the assessment you want to review.
The Individual Results page opens.

The Individual Results page provides a richer results view than the candidate or member detail panel:

Flower visualization for that specific assessment.
Strengths and Gaps — A focused summary of the employee's strongest skill and primary growth area for this assessment.
Benchmarking — A comparison of the employee's scores against a peer group, displayed as benchmark bars.
Comparison Menu — Select different comparison cohorts (where available) to change the benchmark reference.
Skills Breakdown — Expandable PowerSkill cards with subskill-level scores, including benchmark deltas where applicable.

Use the Back action in the page header to return to the Talent Profile, or use the breadcrumb navigation to jump back to the Direct Reports list.
