The Direct Reports page is your dedicated view of the people who report to you.

Page Layout

• Filters and search — Search by name or email; filter by department.
• Reports list — Each direct report is listed with name, email, and key information.
• Add Employees — Action to add new direct reports.
• Edit — Action available on each report row.

Opening an Employee's Talent Profile

Click on the Talent Profile button for any employee.
