Ignis is a PowerSkills assessment platform built around scenario-based, conversational assessments. The platform helps organizations make better people decisions across two primary workflows:

• Hiring — Evaluate external candidates applying for open positions through job requisitions.
• Talent Development — Measure the skills of existing employees and inform development planning through team and cohort assessments.

Assessments are delivered through a conversational assessment experience in which participants interact with a guided thread, respond to scenarios in their own words, and receive results visualized as a Flower of skill petals. Each petal represents one of the seven PowerSkills.
