The science came first. The platform followed.

Talent decisions (who to hire, who to develop, who to promote) are among the most consequential decisions an organization makes. They shape careers, determine team performance, and compound over time into the culture and capability of the entire enterprise.

Built for the decisions that actually matter.

Most of those decisions are made with instruments that weren't designed for them. Personality tests that produce trait labels rather than evidence of demonstrated capability. Interviews that reward polish over performance. Self-assessments that reflect how people see themselves, not what they can do. Manager ratings that are inconsistent before they're even submitted.

The result is a persistent gap between the data organizations have and the decisions they need to make.

Ignis was built to close it, with a science-backed, bias-audited, psychometrically validated approach to measuring the skills that actually drive performance in today's workplace.
